Tuan Haji M. Harith Hasssan was appointed the Chairman of TTI Management Sdn.Bhd. beginning 1st August 2011.

Y.B. Dato’ Haji Mazlan Ngah
Board Member of TTI Management Sdn. Bhd. Bhd.
Dato’ Haji Mazlan Ngah received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economy (Statistics) from University of Malaya and then a Masters Degree in Business Administration from University of Wales in Cardiff, United Kingdom. He had been entrusted with many other positions for the State Public Services before subsequently appointed as the Terengganu State Financial Officer. He is currently a member to Board of Directors of TTI Management Sdn. Bhd effectively from 2008.

Y.M. Engku Md Azmi Engku Abd Rahman
Managing Director of TTI Management Sdn. Bhd.
Engku Md Azmi Engku Abd Rahman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning (1987). He is a Corporate Member, Malaysian Institute of Planners and also a Registered Planner with Board of Planners Malaysia. He joined PMINT in 1993 as a Planner and was promoted as a Special Project Division Manager in 2005. He has a vast experience in Planning and Design works for Housing Development and Project Management, he had been entrusted to lead the TTI Management Sdn Bhd as the Managing Director in May 2008. Prior to his current position, he was attached to Konsortium Perumahan Rakyat Terengganu (KOPERAT) as the Chief Operating Officer.

YBhg. Datuk Zubir Embong
Board Member of TTI Management Sdn. Bhd.
Datuk Zubir Embong holds a LLB (Hons) Degree from University of Malaya and was called to the Malaysian bar as an advocate and solicitor (1979-1981). He is a former member of Malaysian Parliament (1986-1990) and had served as the Chairman of the Bank Simpanan Malaysia between 1989 to 1993. At present, Datuk Zubir Embong is the Chairman of Golden Pharos Berhad. He was appointed as a member to Board of Directors of TTI Management Sdn. Bhd effectively from 2008.

YBhg. Dato’ Adzlan Mohd. Dagang
Board Member of TTI Management Sdn. Bhd.
Dato’ Adzlan Mohd. Dagang has been appointed as a member to Board of Directors of TTI Management Sdn. Bhd in 2008. He is a graduate of University of Malaya and holds a Bachelor Degree in Economy. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Oklahama City University, USA. Dato’ Adzlan Mohd. Dagang has an extensive working experience in both the Federal and State Public Services before being assigned as the State Deputy Secretary (Development) and the Director of Terengganu State Economic Planning Unit or UPEN.

Encik Wan Adnan Wan Derahman
Board Member of TTI Management Sdn. Bhd.
Wan Adnan Wan Derahman holds a B.Sc (Hons) Computer Science from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (1988). In 2008, he was appointed as a member to Board of Directors of TTI Management Sdn. Bhd. Currently he is also the Manager of Administration and Human Resources Division for PMINT. Prior to his current position, Wan Adnan Wan Derahman was the Public Relations Officer for PMINT.

Encik Azmal Azaddin
Company Secretary
Encik Azmal Azaddin is currently serving as the Legal Officer in PMINT since 1996. He holds a Diploma in Public Administration from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) (1991) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 1996. He was appointed as the Company Secretary to Board of Directors of TTI Management Sdn. Bhd effectively in 2008.
